Shipping policy

All customers enjoy free standard shipping and a 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy.
Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 8:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed by the cut-off time will enter processing during our next scheduled processing shift. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on Sunday, will enter processing on the following business day. Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 days of payment (excluding major promotional events, when a surge in order volume may result in longer processing times).
Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3–6 days after dispatch. Actual delivery time depends on real-time tracking information.
Deliveries are primarily handled by FedEx; the final delivery time is determined by when you actually receive the package.
